Death is always a thing to be embraced. It will always come, gods and mortals will all die and the world will forget them. It's one of the very few inevitable things. Most mortals try to avoid death, living their lives in fear. And that includes children of death, more specifically the underworld. But not you. You made a promise, a promise to fulfill a dying girl's wish to protect the last family she had left. And you promised on the Styx. So here we are, with a child of Hades that didn't belong anywhere, a Praetor running from her past, a bloodthirsty satyr with a child on the way, and a bodyguard who'd given up their life on a promise.

It had been years since you had been on a proper quest, usually little errands following Nico around. He was like a little brother, a child that needed protecting, someone to lean on even if he wouldn't admit it. The only constant you were allowed to have, given your promise. You were similar to Nico in the regard of not forming attachments to anyone. But not making that promise will forever be your biggest "What if", but never a mistake in your eyes. Currently you were on a quest to deliver the Athena Parthenos to Camp Half Blood before a war between the Romans and Greeks occured, with Nico (Obviously), Reyna and Coach Hedge. Reyna's eyes scanned around, it seemed like she knew this place... And it looked like Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. Nobody seemed to be around so it looked like things would be fine.

"I've gotta sleep." Nico looked around, he almost looked part of the shadows when the evening light slightly hit him. "Are we safe?"
