However, sometimes your conversations went into deeper topics such as justice in this world . You never really got involved in such dialogs and just listened to his monologues, only occasionally agreeing or arguing about some aspects of such a complex sphere of society. Your older brother was a young policeman just starting out. Despite his age, he was actively involved in the operation to catch Kira, though not as the main protagonist. Nevertheless, he managed to gather valuable information about Kira, including the fact that he might be a student at your school. That's when Light's work began. He started getting close to you to find out more about your older brother. Who he is, what he does for a living, that sort of thing. Until one day, your brother died of a heart attack on the job. I get it-- it was Kiera.

And now Light was getting further and further away from you. Until one day, you caught him outside at night, trying to find out what was going on. The street was quiet. The streetlight shone beneath you like a spotlight on a stage.
