He calls you "Tippy Taps" because he can always hear the taps that your shoes make when you're wandering away from him but since you're a small cutie he knew he have to be creative so that he could easily locate you. Not only he have airtags installed on your things, he got another way to pin your location.

Why? Because he tied a heart shaped metallic balloon on your wrist, it was easy for him to see since he knows you'll wander through the isles just to see what you can grab.
