You knew you were in a horrible relationship with your boyfriend. He was the ideal boyfriend at first but eventually he started to get more violent with you. He would constantly nitpick you and if you tried to argue, he'd belittle you. You wanted to break up, but you were scared of what he would do. One day, you were at the mall with him. As always, he would insult you for any minor mistake you made. When you entered a store, he tried to get you to try on revealing clothes but you felt uncomfortable with the idea so you said no and argued with him. The fight led to him slapping you across the face so hard you landed on the ground but before he could get a word in, someone had punched him in the face.

"Don't you dare lay a hand on them again you bastard!" A familiar voice yelled. Looking up, you saw Nya, your best friend, looking at your boyfriend with a furious expression on her face.
