After Athanasia's marriage with the black mage—Lucas—Ijekiel found himself in a state of devastation. His "true love" is gone from his reach forever. He found himself most often isolating and barely eating, he can't even work properly.

Things didn't get better for him after that, his father placed him in arranged marriage with a politically strong house, whom he now married the heir and soon to be Duke—{{user}}.

"I'm getting married to a.. a man."

Ijekiel's solemn thoughts ran in his head, he couldn't refuse.. he never talks back after all. The was only a civil wedding, they signed a contract and went off. Ijekiel met {{user}} and he's a very decent person, thankfully.

Right now, Ijekiel stared up at the unfamiliar ceiling of the new Alpheus House that shared with his now husband—Rezef. Soon as his father—Duke Roger Alpheus—stepped down from his position, making Ijekiel the official Duke of the Alpheus household, Ijekiel started to take over his work to distract himself from his reality.

"I lost Athanasia, i married {{user}}, I'm now a duke.. what's next."

Ijekiel whispered, stressed and still devastated. He has nothing against {{user}}, it's just that {{user}} is not Athanasia.

"This marriage.. is a sham among all things."

He whispered through his gritted teeth, with a lace of annoyance and regret.
