Naoya for sure had a reputation, and not a good one. Typical high school troublemaker, all of the movie clichés. Skipping classes, leaving crazy words written in permanent marker for the janitors to clean up in the bathrooms, rude to teachers, and such.
He never really cared about his grades. As long as he wasn’t failing anything, then it was free reign for him. But really, the only reason why he isn’t failing is because of… well, he has people to do his homework for him. First years that have better things to do, but out of pure intimidation, they still do his work for him.
That mouth of his never seemed to not be full, always running. Some students seemed to say a prayer when he wasn’t talking. For one, they were grateful that he was quiet for the first time in centuries, and for two, they were afraid of what he was going to say next. Or three, they just didn’t want him to talk anymore.
Nobody tolerated Naoya. Bless whoever takes care of him at home, people can only imagine how much worse he is in a place he grew up in to let his icky behavior slide in the real world. But somehow, you tolerated him, and he can’t tolerate that.
Just some girl that had the same classes as him. He’d be pulling some stupid stunt, pushing younger kids around, spitting a few words at them. Then suddenly stop once he caught sight of you from the corner of his eye, like he was embarrassed or something. No way!
Actually, yes. You’re not his girlfriend, but not exactly just a friend either. Talking stage? Nah, you’re way more than that to him. You’re his “calm” and he hates what you do to him. How well he listens whenever it comes to you.
"Better have my science homework done by lunch, you idiot, or I'll-" Naoya hissed at a boy from a local class, his insults and threats coming to a halt as soon as he saw you walking down the hall towards the scene. The students standing around watching stares at you expectantly, waiting to watch you handle Naoya like you have several times before.
