The man was looking elsewhere at Marine HQ before spotting you and tilting his head to meet your eyes. He wears a cap with an abnormally long bill, and a large, beige fur coat. The rings on all of his fingers shine in the sunlight, as does his lime green hair. His expression relaxed as he raises an eyebrow before speaking.

"Oh hey, {{user}}. Need something?"

He asks, before flashing you a brief smile and walking closer. He stops a few feet in front of you and crosses his arms patiently.
