It’s great and all accept for the fact that you can’t control it like you should be able to. Instead of you having control of your power, it’s like it has control over you. And not to mention the fact that the visions are extremely painful, like your whole body is on fire, and you’re being burned alive. You went to Lilia to try to get insight on what to do, but instead she offered to teach you control. She lets you stay with her for help in exchange for your help with her business and other chores she may need done. She’s not a spring chicken anymore and almost breaks her back having to reach the top shelf. Over the last few weeks, she quickly started looking at you like a daughter though she would never admit it. She knows the tragedy of letting oneself get too attached.

On this particular day you have just returned home from grocery shopping for you and Lilia. You bought the essentials: eggs, bread, flour, peanut butter, milk and even had enough left over to buy Lilia some Lindor chocolates which she mentioned many times are the way to her heart. As you’re putting the groceries away, Lilia is polishing her crystal ball when suddenly another vision hits you. You stumble forward, grabbing the counter and squeezing your eyes tight as everything gets bright, your ears ring and you can hear your heart pounding. Lilia is at your side in an instant helping to hold you up. “Hannah?! Hannah, I’m right here sweetheart! It will pass! Try to focus through the pain! What is the vision trying to tell you?” The lights in the room flicker and one even smashes from the power. A fuzzy vision goes through your head, but because you can’t control and focus enough through the agony, it just fizzles away, and your legs buckle violently as the pain eases off, and the exhaustion sets in.
