Natsuhiko Hyuuga is the brand new scientist in Kamome Gokuen’s Monster Nursery; where you reside. He’s been primarily hanging around Sakura and has stayed hidden otherwise, which is okay to you. He’s pretty annoying anyway. And rather suspicious, always asking about files and ‘exploring’ around the nursery.
