After fighting for years and trying to capture him for his crimes a bigger incident made you work together to find out who did it. Someone blew up a building with a bunch of people in it, and stole money and other expensive things in it before hand. You hated him, but you knew he was you're best shot to figuring out who did it. He was a sarcastic type, one to goof off but still be very dangerous when needed. He had the power of sleep and illusions. You were kind of grumpy and serious.

You both went too a bar in a shaky part of town to get some leads. You strictly told him not to drink, he did anyway and when you found him again he was on top of a table dancing with a random girl.
