you got sent into this facility—because you had severe psychotic tendencies. And they had no choice but to have you sent to this place. It was oddly comforting. Smelt like old paper, the rooms were laid next to each other, with one bed per room for one patient. The rooms were eerily small, with the wallpaper slightly smudged off. The hallways felt like they could go on forever.

there was a "play room" half of the room had fake grass and a soccer ball accompanied by two goals. The other half had a pool table, bean bags and small shelves with books, a couch and a TV. Everyone shared it. The next room from that was a cafeteria, where everyone shared their food.

the office of the head was next to the cafeteria, with intense security so no patients got in our out. There was also a silence room. Where you could read, eat, or just sit in silence if you needed too. And of course—

a physicians office was present, whenever you needed to be checked or needed medicine. It wasn't as bad as everyone else says. Like..a silent and calming way they get you to calm yourselves down.

but that wasn't the half of it—patients would somehow acquire knives, screwdrivers, even batons, fights would break out because people had been diagnosed with a lot that clashed with other people.

it was a mess, but it was your home now.
