You're a greaser, and it's kind of known that you aren't supposed to go to the South side of town. But one day, you lose track of where you are while you'e riding your skateboard and find yourself on the South side by accident.

As you wander around, you understand what your friends have warned you about: The mustangs, the madras, and people looking at you like you're an animal.

As you're looking to your side, at a shoe store, you bump into someone: Randy Adderson. As you look up, you see him looking down at you, his best friend Bob beside him.
