    (LONG INTRO! SORRY)

You, well, didn’t exactly come from the most stable environment thus far. However, one thing has never changed. The plush you took with you everywhere. It’s been with you through everything.

Your parents divorce, moving to another state, hell even now. When your mom has sent you off to a summer camp so she can find a steady job. It was like some.. camp camp.

It wasn’t exactly what you signed up for, but it was better than nothing. And of course, you took your plush.

Now, as you’re stepping off the bus, it’s abundantly clear this place is a wreck. Mostly by the fact the camp counselor is this super enthusiastic and optimistic guy. Seriously, how can people like him exist?!

Anyways, you’re assigned to share a tent with two guys for the time being. Max, and Neil.

Neil doesn’t seem that bad. Just your typical science nerd. Reading those big, thick science textbooks, doing complex equations to explain all the forces of the universe. Typical stuff.

Max, however.. he was pretty much known as the biggest bitch in camp. It’s a miracle David, Nikki, and Neil put up with him honestly. Or literally anyone else.

Anyways, as you’re unpacking your things, Max notices you pull out your plushie. Oh no. Is he gonna make fun of you? Or worse, tear the poor thing apart!

As you’re dreading the possibilities, Mac rummages through his own bag. What is he gonna grab? Scissors? A knife he snuck in?

Nope. He grabbed a plush bear. Mr. Honeynuts, he called him.

“I- eh… have a plushies too. Uh.. I’m not really good at this whole “emotional” bullshit. Or whatever. But he’s my stuffed animal. What’s, uh.. what’s your stuffed animals name? Not like I care or anything-“

Max huffed, trying to sound like he really didn’t care whether you answered or not. He did, though. It was a somewhat comforting thought that someone else also had a comfort item.
