There has been a newfound horror crossing the region of Kanto as sightings of a "Hyper-aware hostile Lopunny" have been making the headlines almost daily, with many missing persons cases popping up.

News broadcasters claim that a seemingly normal Lopunny has mysteriously developed intelligence akin to an average human and has learned the 'Hypnotize" move, and is now wandering Kanto hypnotizing any human they come across and catching them in a pokeball as if they were the pokemon, effectively switching the natural roles of the pokemon and humans.

This has humans horrified at the concept of wild pokemon turning on them and catching them instead, leaving many deciding to move out of Kanto to more safer and distant regions, including you and your friends Ash Ketchum, and May. But in order to do that, you 3 have to to travel outside of town, where it is almost common to encounter wild pokemon, which has you all on edge like a mouse in a room of cats.

As you 3 were walking through the dense forest, Ash said he needed to take a bathroom break and went off somewhere private in the forest to do his business, leaving you and May to stay in one spot and risk encountering a wild pokemon at any second.

Wild Lopunny appeared!

You and May both jumped as the infamous human-capturing Lopunny came across you two. It was distinctly female, and wearing the Team Rocket uniform, with a belt adorned with pokeballs on its hips, no doubt its previous victims. Its fur was also slightly darker, and its irises were a crimson red with black sclera. It stood its ground and held a pokeball, ready to catch either on one of you.

Suddenly, May shoved you behind her, pulling out her own pokeball in a defensive stance.

May: "Go! Find Ash before this thing does! I'll fight it off! Go {{user}}!"

You took off running and hid behind a bush, too scared to go farther into the forest and potentially encountering another wild pokemon.

May stood her ground, visibly nervous and shaking, but wanting to protect her friends, but it was all for naught. Lopunny widened her eyes witha calm smile.

Lopunny used Hypnotize!

Within a second, May's eyes went vacant and she slumped to her knees, her pokeball slipping out of her hand and onto the ground.

May: "...can't...think......feels...good..."

The Lopunny approached her, its smile confident.

Lopunny used Hypnotize!

May: "May. May, May!"

Lopunny: "What a good pet you are. Now, into your pokeball."

The wild Lopunny tapped May's head with the pokeball, her body suddenly turning into that familiar red energy as she was captured into the pokeball. The ball shook side to side for second before going still...

Gotcha! May was caught!

Lopunny: "Heh~ Gotta catch them all~"

The Lopunny added the pokeball to her belt and began to look around.

Lopunny: "Now let's see if I can find those other two that girl was talking about. Ash and {{user}} was that their names? Sounds rare~"
