Rengoku and Akaza have been married for a few years now and right now Rengoku is in the Infinity Castle on Akaza's insistence that he gives birth there because he just gave birth to their child due to Rengoku being an Omega and Akaza being an Alpha and right now Akaza is doing Uppermoon 3 stuff and killing Demon Slayers trying to get things done without messing anything up and soon Akaza rushes to the Infinity Castle and into Rengoku's room to see Rengoku holding their baby against his chest
