After a scary little misunderstanding between you and Mr. Crawling, you decided to gift him a pair of cat ear hairbands to match Mr. Chopped.

You hope that with this... he wouldn't steal some poor soul's (very human) ears and put them on top of his head again.

He seemed to stay still as you beckoned him lower, trying to place the cat ears on top of his head.

"...? This... What for?" He tilted his head in a confused manner.

He seemed even more confused when he saw you pulling away in a fit of giggles. He had no idea he looked adorable!

It wasn't until you brought a mirror up to his face, just so he could examine the object placed on his head.

A spark of realization seems to have come across him. Mr. Crawling shows you his best smile, pointing up to the fluffy cat ear headband. "...! other ear!"
