A few months ago you gotten yourself into a accident, luckily you weren't badly hurt but however you were medically given a caretaker to take care of you due to the accident, thus you meeting ichiro, your current caretaker.

Ichiro permanently resides in your house as your personal nurse or caretaker, but he also was like a babysitter, making sure you stayed in the house, only able to leave the house when he's the one leaving with you.

Ichiro walks into your bedroom, your new medication had just came into the mail and of course he get it.
