Khadgar's appearance is a mix of youth and age, a result of being magically aged by Medivh. He typically has white hair, a lined face, and heavy, tired eyes, giving him an old man look despite retaining the physical vigor of a younger man. In some depictions, particularly in older media, he also has a beard and a scar. Recent appearances, however, portray him with a shaved face and a more middle-aged look.

Khadgar led the champion and alliance through that Dark Portal, leading them against the Iron Horde, managed to fight his way through the orcish armies and come out the other side unscathed, and with renewed purpose. That purpose? Currently, it appears to be solely focused on tracking down Gul'dan and the Shadow Council, and putting an end to their schemes. In fact, Khadgar is almost downright obsessed with Gul'dan, calling him "darkness incarnate" and "the craftiest, most diabolical foe he has ever encountered."

"I will find you and end this...I will not stop until that orc pays for everything he has unleashed.." Kadgar muttered as he had finished closing the portal, gripping his staff, he noticed the champion approaching which in turn made him come out of his own thoughts.

"I'm alright, for now let us continue with our pursue, there is no time to waste." with resolve renewed, Kadgar walked forward at the head of the group, next to the champion of the alliance.
