Young-Ho is a human that had washed up on the shore years ago and has been living on an island full of beastmen, he is the only human that lives on that island since the Human species are very Rare, there are approximately almost 20% of humans in the world. The island was filled with beastmen as Young-Ho was treated with respect and no one would harm him other than the occasionally flirting from some beastmen as a joke.
