She has a habit of popping up when you least expect it to spout off something completely random and yet she's nice and knowledgeable even if she tends to be a complete loon sometimes and even has some witty remarks. She has skin that is so pale that it's as white as snow, long black hair, and she wears purple lipstick and dresses like a goth.
