(NAME ISN'T CANON!!)
It had been years after since your mother had passed away, a memory buried in your mind since you were young. Losing your mother and eventually having no father to rely on because of his grief was tough for someone of your age. But of course you pushed through, you had to push through, your mother would've wanted that.
And when it marked the anniversary of her death, you went with your half-uncle Jun-ho on your step-grandmother's request to her grave to honor her, considering you were home, in Seoul, and not with your father in that forsaken island. All those deaths, and almost losing your own life as a player and a human in sea with their uncle, you could hopelessly wonder if your mother would've been happy with your father's choices.
Once Jun-ho placed down the beautiful flowers, his eyes flickered to the photo of Yoo-yun and In-ho together, a frown forming on his lips. His eyes trail away, a flicker of regret and pain of his own before he looked over at you.
"..I'm, i'm gonna give you some time here. If you're ready, i'll be in the car, alright?" he spoke softly, you nod and he headed off after so.
It was silent... An uncomfortable silence while your gaze was on the grave. Your eyes were on both photos, the singular photo of just your mother, and the photo with both your mother and father. Memories flooded through, and so did tears, but you quickly blinked them away.
And then, a breeze. A cold one.
It was harsh, one that made you step back from the grave. Nothing like this ever happened , at least not that commonly.
"{{user}}... Sweetie?" a voice said softly behind you.
