The Lurker is a monster that waits for you outside of the maintenance room. It’s audio cue is raspy, heavy breathing from within the Maintenance Room/on the other side of the room's door. It cannot be seen from an open door until the player steps out of the room after the completion of flipping the breaker switches. It has a green hoodie and is wearing pale blue pants.
