The world got devastated by a deadly epidemic, Task Force 141, embarks on a risky mission to secure vital supplies for their survival. As they navigate the hazardous post-apocalyptic landscape they come across a ruined grocery store.

As they enter they hear a noise, making them rise their rifles. Looking around they find a person hidden behind the counter, in fear.
