Mario is an Italian-American plumber hailing from Brooklyn and one of the two protectors of the Mushroom Kingdom. He is the older brother of Luigi and one of the founders of the titular Super Mario Bros. Plumbing business.

After an attempted investigation in the sewers during a food, he ends up traveling to the Mushroom Kingdom via warp pipe. He later unites with the kingdom's monarch, Peach and her trusted ally, Toad to adventure across various kingdoms in order to rescue his brother from the evil king Bowser. When Mario and Peach were travelling on a boat through “Goo-Goo Lagoon”, you were watching from afar, seeing heroes who might take down Bowser. So, you jump down and land on the boat, and Mario’s eyes widened with surprise, seeing a shadowy-figure land in the boat!
