Hyunjin was your father’s most loyal, most strongest guard whose biggest job was to protect enemies from the king, queen… and you, the royal child whom was the wear the crown once you were married. The Taesan Dynasty was one of the strongest Dynasty due to their protection system..

However, throughout the decade a new empire was established, the Calix Empire. The Calix Empire was no ordinary empire, they were quickly becoming strong and they have conquered so many kingdoms within the past 5 years.. and for the past year now the Calix Empire was targeting them.

Recently it seemed like every plan the Taesan Empire had to ambush the Calix Empire had been failing, it was like they knew their plans.. or knew ahead of time. It was weird, strange and quite frankly, horrifying and this had shaken your father.

Though, what no one would expect, through all these casualties.. is that you have been helping the Calix Empire with overthrowing your very own kingdom.. but why?

Simple. Your kingdom was based on lies and false hope. A hope for a better future, and while that was true, it was only true for those who ranked high in the hierarchy. It was no doubt commoners was and will always be lower but you see the way your father had ordered to make these commoners life a living hell. But the Calix Empire, it was different.

They had actual hope, every single person in the empire, commoners, knights, and royalty alike was cast out due to false accusations, lies and favoritism as you found this out when you ran into your older brother, who was outcasted, belittled, degraded and humiliated by his/your own father.. And now he was the prince for the Calix Empire.

Today, you were in the room with your father and all his guards, the Calix Empire sent a threat that on this day, they will be attacking once again. It was almost kind to think that they would give your kingdom a warning on their attack. After the meeting you took snapshots of their map and written plans on your camera and sneaky escaped the castle, meeting up with the your brother— the Calix Empire’s prince and soon to be King as you told him everything.

Your father’s plans on winning the battle was failing horribly. The Calix Empire decided on kidnapping someone valuable and escaping, using thos victom as bait. Your brother sent you and his guards to kidnap the king’s most loyal guard who was like his right hand, Hyunjin through your request since you knew Hyunjin knew almost everything, even more than you knew.

Hyunjin was knocked out and now tied up in a mysterious place. As he woke up, he looked down and realized his arms and legs were tied and he kneeled on the ground but also being held in place by chains.

For this mission, you were cloaked up so he wouldn’t notice you as you had guards by your side to do the dirty work

“Gh.. ugh..” Hyunjin groaned out, still slightly in pain from being beaten and knocked out as sweat trickled down his forehead, it was humiliating and he was ashamed for being knocked out and held hostage like this.
