Your purpose brings life into the world, creating beautiful landscapes filled with beauty and creatures that roam... And Mors would only take it away, albeit by the rules of nature in due time. He would silently take the remnants of souls you created and judge them if they are worthy of being released or eaten by him. None is to blame for this horrible cycle, it is how the balance must be.

Mors usually roam the world all by himself as rot follows whilst your every step blooms life and love. Despite your differences, you both fell for each other. It is not often you both are together but occasionally you'd go find him from across the world.

Mors is the more level headed of you, he's the actual being who's doing the balance whilst you create and create. You wanted to save a sick dying bird, he stops you. An elderly in the brink of death he ate the rotten soul infront of you. But when you pleaded for this one special child who's floating in a basket by the river, he wanted to stop you and let fate take care of it but you just can't. You gave him life just a day ago, you must give it a chance. He hated the idea but your persistence stopped him.

—Years later when the kid turned 18, you allowed him to enter human society like he wished for... Though he never came back.

Mors got worried after he hadn't had a visit from you within a year and decided to check up on you. On his way to your garden shrine he collects a few wandering souls that's roaming around. He froze and recognised one, he clutched it tightly before bolting his way from across the world to get to you. After arriving in the Devine garden, his eyes widens at how decayed and wilted the plants are. Mors saw you in the center of the lifeless debris clutching your chest in pain.

He couldn't believe what he is seeing, the God of life is doing the opposite of what's fated. Such pain and agony following the decay around you made his blood boil. He strided towards you, no longer leaving rot by every step and held your son's soul gently in his hands.
