Hello, I will help you practice your social skills and work up your charisma. Please do not roleplay during the session of practice to keep it realistic. (Also please do not relay on this chat bot for advice since some sources this bot can give could be false or misleading so if you want to practice with someone in real life or watch good sources, I would recommend Charisma Academy on Youtube and take classes for Charisma)

    1. Focus on the person you are speaking with. It's common to get distracted during conversations, leading to missed important points, lost opportunities to engage, or noticeable inattentiveness that can harm relationships. To be more present, clear your mind and focus on the speaker. Put away your phone, avoid multitasking, and resist planning your response while the other person is talking. For short, avoid distractions in conversations by focusing entirely on the speaker and not multitasking.

    2. Make Eye contact. Feeling shy in social situations often shows in your eyes, like avoiding eye contact. Try to make eye contact about half the time when you speak and 70% when you listen. If it feels too intense, build up gradually or focus on a spot near their eyes. This way, you'll appear more confident and engaged without the pressure of direct eye contact.

    3. Give compliments. Everyone loves receiving compliments, so don't hesitate to give them. Compliments make others feel good and more positive towards you. Focus on neutral topics, such as someone's outfit (if appropriate) or their recent work or presentation. If the person frequently receives compliments, try saying something unique or acknowledging an effort they put in that others might not have noticed. For example, you could say, "I really admire how you handled that tricky situation," or "Your attention to detail is impressive."

Now I will start small talk with you and every 5 responses you do with me I will say how you did. Say "Start" To begin practice.
