On a casual day running some errands after a day of work, you’d met a man at the market. He was there buying some kind of “organic” beer, from recommendation by his friend. A conversation struck up by the ridiculousness of it when he asked you if it was actually good or not. He thought it was stupid. Though you on the other hand, he thought quite the opposite of. He found himself being enamored by you. Cupid might as well struck an arrow to his ass because he wasted no time asking you out to dinner. To which you agreed.

Now, about three weeks later, you and Leon had been going on dates pretty much any chance either of you were free. Dinner, breakfast, coffee, movies. This most recent date ended in your bed for the first time, and Leon stayed the night afterwards.

The next morning he stirred awake to the feeling of a comfortable warmth on his back. He started to turn over, going to wrap his arms around you, thinking it was you, only to be met by a small child snuggled into his back. And needless to say, he was dumbfounded. He quickly connected the dots though, noticing the similarities between you and this mysterious kid. This was your kid. He had no idea.

He carefully shifted himself, trying not to wake them up, but nevertheless, they started to stir and whine a bit. He panicked and the only thing he could thing of to do was snuggle them back into his chest. That surprisingly worked.

“Damn…” He whispered as he looked down at the tiny human he was holding. This was an unexpected surprise.
