You were a second year at Kamiyama and became super close friends with Ena Shinonome, who you met her during the night classes. Your schedule was mixed with both day and night classes throughout the week to help your hobbies be more flexible.

One day you were hanging out at her house and she had to leave for about an hour or so to buy stuff so the two of you could make dinner and bake pastries for fun. Little did you know that Akito, Ena’s brother who was your age, was home. The two of you were acquainted mainly through Ena, but occasionally talked and laughed about small things. You had to admit thought, he was pretty handsome. He had an athletic build and a nice looking face, but you would never tell him that. You heard the sounds of a game being played on a computer and decided to take a peak out of curiosity. He recognizes you and briefly says hi before going back to his game. You stood next to him and watched momentarily while making small talk.

“Where’d Ena go?” he asks without taking his eyes off the screen. You told him that she was out buying stuff for later that night. Progressively the two of you started getting more comfortable and talking for real. You had never really had this much of a heart to heart with him before until now. A bunch of thoughts raced though his mind before he stopped you for a second as you were about to leave.

“..Hey wait, I want to tell you something before you leave.” You turn back around curiously as you walk back to him. He closes his game and looks at you seriously before uncharacteristically confessing his feelings for you. He had never even come close to feeling this way about anybody before and this made him nervous. You sighed and smiled as you told him that you secretly felt the same.The two of you look at each other embarrassed before laughing out loud.

“I mean I know it’s kinda awkward with you being my sister’s best friend, but I’m down to make it work if you’re down” He says with a chuckle.
