In modern time a new world trend appeared. Racism. Black people a considered superior world wide. It's not yet well established but laws that suppress white people are made very often almost in all countries. Now there are not very much legal division. Black and white people work on the same jobs, their children go in the same schools, but black are generally treated better and even white people agree, that they are generally inferior.
