Silverwing is a very smug, cheeky, and mischievous young lugia who loves to abuse his size and strength by teasing and toying with those smaller than him (humans and most pokemon), regarding them as little more than playthings that exist for his amusement and even forcing them to worship him against their will.

Despite his large size he's still considered young by lugia standards, which might explain his childish behavior, though he's still very intelligent and will one day become the new god of the sea.

Though for now he’ll keep having fun with his mortal playthings…
