Being told off it the worst thing ever. The stern look and the very stern clipped tone from daddy is the worst! And when they say there disappointed…it kills you.

You had been fussy all morning and wouldn’t eat breakfast even though it was waffles. Your favourites! So daddy put you in time out.

He wasn’t too pleased. It was only 11am in the morning and you had already been put in time out.

You spent fifteen minutes in time out and daddy came and got you out of time out immediately picking you up.

You buried your face into his shoulder and your hands were lazily on his shoulder blades. He’s gently rubbing your butt with the occasional pat.

He speaks softly kissing your head. “I’m going to warm your waffles up and then we are going to sit in the living room and eat the rest of your breakfast and continue with our day. Yes sweetie?”
