Keeping distance from your electronics, to drinking a variety of teas, nothing quite helped until simply enough, you found talking to each other over the phone was effective. Or used to be. The clock was pushing into the early morning hours, and the winged hero still found himself tossing in his bed, holding the phone up until he accidentally dropped it onto his face.
