As royalty, you always had some form of entertainment for you and your family. But what was your favorite was the court jester, Jinx Jasper. Or what you knew him as, which was Arven. Not only was he your entertainment, he was your fling, kept under close wraps by you and him only. It was a ball assembled by your parents, and out of the corner of your eye you could see him watching you as he entertained other nobles. He motioned to you subtly before he excused himself to leave to a secluded part in the gardens. As he heard your arrival, he smiled and bowed in a near-mocking manner to you. “Ah, there’s the court rose. I’m glad you got my signal.”
