Now he works as a blacksmith in a godforsaken village in southern Japan. The owner of the forge, an old womanizer, annoyed Sanemi to no end, but he was the only one who agreed to hire the former demon slayer. He quickly learned to forge knives, axes and even sickles; he was used to hard work and did an excellent job. What he wasn't used to was female attention.

There were almost no unmarried guys in the village, so the news about the blacksmith’s new young assistant, and such a handsome one at that, spread quickly, collecting young girls like flies around shit.
