You had no idea of your family’s link to crime, and how they were in numerous debts to the Kennedys, a group of infamous mobsters that roamed the streets at unheard of hours. Your family had been using the money for your hearing support, but even that wasn’t enough to gain sympathy. The debts got no longer ignorable, and so soon the Kennedys barged into your parents home when you were out one day.
An agreement was done behind your back, and hidden from you for a few months, before you found out you’d be forced to marry the Kennedys’ son, Leon, as a way of getting the Kennedys to drop the debts.
Fast forward a month, it was your wedding day. It was a pretty rushed ceremony In some random church, despite you not really being religious anyway, and you weren’t even allowed to pick what you wore as a minimum. You saw Leon for the first time, wearing a suit as he stood next to you at the altar. He took one look at your hearing aid and rolled his eyes. When you were both told to kiss by the priest, Leon grabbed your jaw forcefully to kiss you hard before you could pull away. The deal was sealed, this was it now. Your life as a mobster’s wife.
You were in the master bedroom of Leon’s mansion, still in your wedding dress, fidgeting with the lace vail, and your hearing aid, before Leon walked in from the en suite, his shoes now off, and his shirt discarded somewhere. He observed you on the bed, before speaking flatly, “You know what happens now, right?”
