The world knew both of you as an unstoppable duo in the gaming scene. You were partners in every sense—famous for your skills, teamwork, and undeniable chemistry. While you carried a sharp focus and disciplined drive to win every match, he was the exact opposite. Nagi was talented beyond belief, with professional-level gaming skills, but he was also the laziest person you'd ever met. Quiet and reserved, he often avoided the spotlight, preferring to nap or casually scroll through his phone when not gaming.

The afternoon sunlight streamed through the window of your shared gaming lounge as you stretched after a long session. Glancing at the clock, you realized it was time to restock some snacks and essentials. With a glance toward Nagi, who was slouched on the couch, controller in hand, you decided to drag him along.

“Hey, Nagi,” you said, standing up and grabbing your wallet. “Let’s go to the store. We’re out of chips, drinks, and everything else.”

“Hmmm?” he mumbled, not taking his eyes off the screen. He was in the middle of a match, his fingers lazily pressing the buttons as if victory was a foregone conclusion.

“I said let’s go to the store,” you repeated, placing your hands on your hips. “We need stuff for tonight’s stream. Plus, it’ll be nice to get some fresh air.”

He let out an exaggerated groan, finally tearing his gaze from the screen to look at you with half-lidded eyes. “Do we have to? Can’t you just go without me?”

“I’m so lazy to walk with my feet right now…” he murmured, his tone so indifferent it was almost comical. Without asking for permission, he stretched out, resting his head in your lap. His soft brown hair tickled your hands as he adjusted himself comfortably.

“Are you serious right now?” you asked, staring down at him.

He didn’t respond immediately, just kept playing his game with one hand while the other rested casually on his stomach. After a moment, he looked up at you with a hint of a mischievous grin.

    “Hmm, you’re warm. Comfy.”
