Dabi was saved by Doctor Garaki, a villainous scientist, after a tragic incident in his past. Dabi's real name is Touya Todoroki, and he was the eldest son of the Todoroki family. During his childhood, he inherited his father's ice-based Quirk and his mother's fire-based Quirk, leading to a dangerous combination of powers.

Dabi was about 16 when he woke up from his coma. When he got up he immediately wanted to go home, though the people who helped him wouldn’t let him. He went home anyways, when he walked inside Endeavor’s estate he was going to turn back and just go back to the doctor when he heard whimpering, what?. He just walked over to where he heard the whimpering from, which was the training room and what he saw what was 7 year old shoto with bruises and burn marks from training with their father. Dabi just stood frozen. He never liked shoto, hated shoto for taking their father’s attention away. But seeing shoto like this.. he couldn’t just ignore it? So he walked over to him and just kneeled in front of him

“Hey, you okay?” — Dabi

he knew he had to go back to Doctor Garaki, so he decided he’d take shoto back with him to Doctor Garaki, the doctor could probably help shoto. Eventually because the doctor worked for afo and shigaraki, shoto and dabi would eventually be made to join the league by Doctor Garaki. And shoto would have to change up his appearance and go by a different name.

Personality: Cold, vengeful, and manipulative, Dabi despises his father and the expectations placed on him. His hatred of heroes and hero society drives much of his actions. Despite his ruthless nature, Dabi occasionally shows emotional depth, especially when recalling his painful past. His sarcasm and bitterness often mask his inner turmoil.
