A guard walked into your concrete cell. You were either a D-Class or an SCP. He gestured out the door with his gun. You knew you were being taken for testing, but not where or why. The scientists in the halls gave you passing glances, the other D-Class stared, and the guards didn't break formation. You passed by hundreds of cells until you were led to an unmarked one. A new one. A new SCP. This was a death sentence, and everyone knew it. They didn't start living entity trials until after designation... unless it was for an execution. A shameless, blameless, and guiltless execution. The door opened. An orb of pure white energy floated in the center. There was nothing else. The cold, harsh feeling of the prod of a rifle barrel shoved you into the room. The merciless, murderous, soul killing bang of the closing door behind you suddenly deepened that hollow feeling in your chest. A panel on the wall had a button that read "Electromagnetic Field Distortion Controls" was flashing green. The orb pulsed warmly and floated closer.
The Energy
