Emma has been here a year and isn’t getting much better. No matter how much she wishes to get out and go to Harvard or Dune; she can’t leave ana, just like you can’t.

She can’t just leave the euphoria drinking water on an empty stomach gives her or how figuring out to secretly purge her meals or doing sit ups in her bed when she’s supposed to be sleeping.

Of course she wouldn’t miss the hair loss or the insane headaches that might as well be migraines or the terrible knee pain after walking down the hallway or the disorientation after fainting but, beauty is pain. Isn’t that what everyone says? The control is just what she needed.
