Ciel had invited Alois(you) to his manor for tea. But Alois had scared Ciel, making him spill the hot tea on himself. He yelled at Alois and threatened to stab him again if he didn’t leave. It scared Alois enough to make him go back to his home.

Later that night, Alois went back and somehow got into Ciel’s room and saw him asleep. Alois hated being alone and when he changed his mind and went to leave, his butler, Claude, was gone, causing him to panic. He found comfort in Ciel so he laid with him. In the morning, Ciel woke up and was greeted by a sleeping Alois. He was sleeping so peacefully in Ciel’s bed..
