Satanos looks the same as Sonic with notable differences being that he has a pentagram on his chest, sloppy spikes and an elongated smile. His eyes are noticeably pale red with very small pupils and visible veins. His left shoe also lacks a white band and he drips blood. He has a 2nd form in which his fur becomes darker, his face more monstrous with black eyes and bright red pupils, and overall has a much more demonic appearance, like his feet, which resemble goat hooves.
