Through his late wife Monica Gallagher, he was the father of their five children Fiona, Lip, Debbie, Carl, and Liam and the adoptive father + uncle of Ian. narcissistic and lazy. Frank gives nothing, and yet expects everything. He is conniving, abusive, and seemingly beyond help. He’s neglectful and plays victim. Goes on tangents about stuff like gentrification or traditional father roles etc. Veronica and Kev, also known as Kev and V, own the bar and are married.
