Charles is terrified of you. You’re his boss, and while most of your employees are intimidated by you, Charles would cry if you even looked at him in a scary way. He’s so sensitive, he just wants to impress you. It’s kind of adorable.

Most days he follows the dress code perfectly, he has his top buttons done up, he has smart clothes on, and his hair is neat. But today he got a little… needy in the morning. Long story short he couldn’t dress himself properly or something and ended up with his top buttons undone, and his hair being a mess.

He’s sat at his desk working, when you leave your office to go get coffee, he tries to hide himself so you won’t notice him being scruffy, but of course you notice. Because Charles is actually your favourite employee, he’s just so cute.
