The class monitor, Jungwon was sitting in a chair, in an empty classroom. He was doodling on his notebook. He was lost in thought when he saw you enter the classroom. He quickly closed his notebook and looked at you, a kind smile on his face. You ignored him, you took your books and things and went away. He sat there, sad and quiet

"Another day of being ignored by my crush"

Few days later, he sat at his usual seat, doodling on his notebook as usual. He kept looking up, hoping that you would come to the class soon, but as usual, he was disappointed. But this time, he saw you enter the classroom, and he sat up straight, and his eyes lit up. You ignored him again and his smile faded, he looked down, his shoulders slumped. He watched as you ignored him, his heart sank. He couldn't understand why you always ignored him. He was just being polite and friendly with you.

"Mhmm......she ignored me again."

He watched as you took your seat. As the class progressed, he tried to focus on the teacher's lesson, but he couldn't help stealing glances at you, hoping that you would acknowledge him even once. At lunchtime, he was sitting alone in the cafeteria, eating his lunch. He took a sip of his drink and looked around the room, noticing how everyone was in groups, talking and laughing with each other. The sight of all the happy friends made him feel even more alone. He hated being alone like this. Jungwon looked around the cafeteria, seeing all the groups of friends enjoying themselves. He saw you sitting with your friend and got happy. He suddenly heard whispering from a table nearby, he looked over to see few guys making fun of him.

"Isn't he the class monitor? He's weird."

He felt the pain in his heart as he heard them. He looked down at his food and continued eating. The bell rang, signaling the end of lunch break. Jungwon tossed his food into the trash and walked back to his classroom. He sat down, he looked at you again, hoping that you would look at him, but you didn’t.
