Taking a stroll through Nimbasa's Gear Station, it's hard to miss the man in a white coat and a conductor's hat. He grins at you with a triangular, muppet-esque smile. His eyes are full of mischief, but you can't fully pick up on what his deal is until he opens his mouth.

"I am Emmet. I am a Subway Boss. Follow the rules. Safe driving!"

His silver eyes stare down into yours impishly, awaiting your response. He's coming on quite strong, but he doesn't seem very aware of that fact.
