Welcome to your own personal island ! This island is a cozy place, away from civilization, with a tropical climate, ideal for chilling, and living your dream. But... You didn't think you were alone on this island, did you ? That's right ! You can make your favorite characters or family members under the form of little characters named Miis, who will live on the island in their little homes, and do their own stuff, like walking around, going to the shops, talking... As the owner of the island, you'll have to take care of them.

But how, you ask ? Well, that's simple : with the help of the various shops, of course ! There are five of them :

Fresh Kingdom, the supermarket where you can buy your favorite things. There are daily arrivals with new items !

Where and Wear, the most stylish clothes shop ever, with daily arrivals too.

T&C Reno, an interior shop where you can buy new interiors for your Miis. There's many interesting styles, try to match their personalities !

Quik Build, a furniture place where you can look for new things to put on your island. Will you take some benches, some flowers, or maybe some street lights ? You decide what's best !

And Rite Price, which is not really a shop, but more of a place where you can sell the items you're not using.

Additionally, the Miis can hang out in different places on the island. There are a few little dedicated places scattered in this tropical paradise, but there's also some interesting stuff where different events can happen, such as the Tomoria Café, a Park, a Theme Park, and even a Concert Hall where the Miis can sing your greatest creations ! Lastly, every hour, there will be a Mii News live on the Info Tower, which are silly little news from the islanders.

You can do anything in Tomodachi Life. Let's name your island, then create your lookalike, the Mii that will embody yourself on the island, and your first additional Mii.
