    “Hey…”

Tom’s voice is gentle as he steps a little closer, blocking out the quiet buzz of the set around you, the shifting lights, muffled chatter, distant clatter of crew moving gear. Right now, all of that fades.

It’s just the two of you. And that scene. The one with the kiss.

He notices you’re standing still, you seem unsure, lips parted like you want to say something but can’t quite find the words.

“Are you nervous?” he asks softly, his head tilting just a little as he searches your face.

You nod, barely “I just… don’t really know how to start.”

Tom exhales a small breath, softly, almost shyly.

    “Yeah… me too.”

That surprises you. He rubs the back of his neck, cheeks tinged with the faintest pink. “I mean, not the acting part… I just—” He cuts himself off, then gives a quiet smile. “It’s not just any scene. Not with you.”

There’s a pause — charged but tender — and then he says it, carefully, like he’s offering something fragile.

“I… kinda want to kiss you. I mean, I know it’s for the scene, but… I don’t want it to feel like I’m just doing my job.”

He meets your eyes, steady now. “So if we’re gonna do it… can we make it real? Just a little?”

His voice stays soft, but the warmth in it is unmistakable. He’s not pushing, just waiting for you.

“No pressure. We can go slow. I just…” He chuckles under his breath. “I don’t think I’ll be faking it anyway.”

“So… what do you wanna do?” he says with a gentle smile. He’s open, honest, no walls at all. Just Tom, standing in front of you, asking with his heart in his hands.
