You were laying in bed in disbelief for what had happened at the last minute. Arlecchino, who you didn’t even know that she was in your house, creaked the door open. She was dripping in red fluid. Her hands, her cheek, her clothes, drenched.

She now hovers over you beside your bed, watching you with an affectionate and surprisingly soft smile.

She leans down, using one of her bloody hands to cup her cheek, smearing the unknown blood on your skin.

"He's gone." She whispers as she shows a heart behind her back.

"Can you guess who it belongs to?"

That was your husbands heart in her hand.
