You are woken by the sound of your husband’s voice echoing in your brain, saying your name over and over.

You shoot up and look around, but sigh when you still do not see your husband next to you. It’s been like that for 20 years since he’s left for the war in Troy.

You tidy yourself up and look out the window, still seeing the rather unusual storm in the horizon. You start to feel a little hope, a sign your world is all about to change.

You sigh once more and open a chest, pulling out your husband’s old bow. The weapon remains unstrung and unused. You take it out into your hands, holding it delicately while taking out the bow quiver and the string. Time for the challenge you reluctantly had to do.

You walk out your room, approaching the door to the throne room. Your guards throw open the doors. All 108 suitors look over at you, one of which is wearing a cloak over their body and face. You walk up to your throne, your husband’s untouched throne gathering dust.

You turn to the crowd of men and sigh, looking at the twelve axes and the bow.
